Our Sleepy Thyme Soap Soothes Your Slumber

Esthetics by P Brown Sleepy Thyme Soap

This soap leads the competition amongst all other night-time bars.  You’ll want to bathe with it closer to nighttime or closer to bedtime.  I created this soap mostly because I needed something that would help with my sleep.

Sleepy Thyme Soap Includes Melatonin

Melatonin is being added to various products; you don’t have to look far to find it.  While you can take the tablets, it’s gentle enough for kids to the point that you may even see it added to bubble bath for infants and toddlers.

Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone that your body produces to send you into REM sleep.   Therefore, melatonin’s main job is to regulate our sleep and awake cycles. If you are a person who has difficulty sleeping, it’s probable that your melatonin levels are low especially since our natural melatonin production declines with age.  Melatonin makes sure that once you go to sleep, you get that deep, restful sleep.

Sleepy Thyme Soap Helps you Feel Good

Thyme is an herb from the mint family, it’s packed with vitamin C, vitamin A and has a mood boosting active substance that makes you feel good.  Thyme is an antibacterial; it helps destroy infectious bacteria which makes it an added benefit during Covid-10.

Of course the lavender helps with relaxation and then the other two main ingredients aim to make you feel well and sleep well.  We’ve had so many positive reviews from those who took home a sample that we are struggling to keep the shelves stocked.
